UX/UI Designer
We are looking to hire UX Designers to join our clients’ teams in finance, retail, telco, and other industries in the Brussels area. We're accepting junior, medior, as well as senior candidates. Candidates working on a freelance basis are eligible as well. As a staffing and consulting partner, it's our mission to match your skills and career aspirations with the right client and project. Additionally, we'll help you prepare for the client interview to help you land the job.
What are your key responsibilities?
- Being in charge of UX research and UX design of digital user flows and interfaces.
- Increasing customer satisfaction, user-friendliness and accessibility of digital services.
- Working in close collaboration with IT, marketing, retail, sales and product management.
- Exploring market trends and evolutions related to mental models and best practices.
- Creating and exploring different design concepts.
- Defining high-level user requirements and creating a preliminary design.
- Acquiring and incorporating detailed insights from user tests and usage data.
- Setting up alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders across disciplines.
- Organizing and participating in group discussions with clients.
- Defining and running A/B tests.
Who are we looking for?
- You've mastered wireframing and prototyping tools like Axure, Invision,…
- You're experienced with design software tools like Sketch, Photoshop, or equivalent.
- You possess a deep understanding of user experience methods and techniques.
- You can leverage relevant methods like interviews, card sorting, test protocols, Ulabs,…
- You like to challenge the status quo in a constructive way.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, and love to help out others.
- You're a creative person with a critical and analytical mindset.
- You're customer-focused and able to relate to the target audience.
- You're argumentative, persuasive, and willing to take responsibility.
- You enjoy autonomy and are able to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
- You can write fluently in English, and speak Dutch or French natively.
- Bonus points for having relevant experience in agile environments.
